- Pause the game and go to the Creative Hub tab.
- Select EventLab, then Blueprint Events.

- Start the event. The Sky Lanterns will spawn immediately to your left as soon as the race begins.
- Open your menu, select Photo Mode, and snap a picture of the lanterns to mark them in your collection journal.

Alternative Methods
If you prefer a more natural approach, there are a couple of alternatives:
