The algorithm also takes into account any injuries that the user has and produces a safe, personalised rehabilitation programme. Pregnant women, new mums and over 65s can also produce safe and effective programmes in ‘Personal Trainer’. Users can constantly switch between the two programmes at will.
Run and Become also uses Heart Rate Training Zones that change intra session – maximising safety and effectiveness for the user. At Sport and Health, we believe that every body counts.
