Puppet Party isn't the kind of Monopoly GO tournament where you can just mash the roll button and hope it works out. You'll get some nice rewards if you play it with a plan, especially dice, cash, packs, and progress toward Monopoly Go Stickers if you're still filling album gaps. The catch is simple: most of your score comes from Railroads. That means Shutdowns and Bank Heists matter far more than random board spaces, so your whole session should be built around reaching those tiles without wasting half your dice on the way there.

Don't waste big rolls in dead zones

A lot of players lose dice in Puppet Party because they roll high too early. It's easy to do. You see a decent multiplier, you feel like one lucky hit could carry the run, and then three rolls later you've landed on tax, cash, and a plain property. That hurts. When you're sitting far from a Railroad, keep it small. x1, x2, or x3 is usually fine if your dice stash isn't huge. You're not trying to win every roll. You're trying to stay alive long enough for the good rolls to count.

Raise the multiplier when the board makes sense

Once you're close to a Railroad, that's when a bigger multiplier starts to make sense. Not every time, of course. If the tile is six, seven, or eight spaces away, you've got a realistic shot, but it's still a gamble. x10 or x20 can be a fair move there, depending on how many dice you've got left. During High Roller, some players go much harder, but you need to be honest with yourself. If missing two or three big rolls would ruin your day, don't do it. A good hit feels great, but chasing that feeling is how dice disappear fast.

Use event overlaps instead of forcing progress

Puppet Party gets much better when it lines up with other useful events. If there's Sticker Boom, Wheel Boost, Cash Grab, or another timed bonus running, it can be worth saving your bigger push for that window. Packs from milestones feel a lot more useful when you open them at the right time. The same goes for dice rewards. Don't claim and spend everything at once just because it's there. Take a look at the reward track, check how far the next milestone is, and decide whether it's actually worth the rolls.

Know when the leaderboard isn't worth it

The leaderboard can be a trap, especially for free-to-play players. If your group is quiet, sure, maybe you can climb with a steady run. But if the top spots are already thousands of points ahead, don't start throwing dice at a race you probably can't win. Milestones are often the cleaner target. Set a point where you'll stop before you start playing. That sounds boring, but it saves you from tilt rolling after a bad Shutdown or a weak Heist. If you're only a small push away from a reward, go for it. If the next prize is miles off, leave it.

Play for value, not for panic

The best Puppet Party sessions usually feel controlled, not frantic. Roll low across empty stretches, increase your bet near Railroads, and step back when the board isn't giving you much. If you're working on albums, some players also choose to buy Monopoly Go Stickers to deal with missing cards, but in the tournament itself, patience still matters most. You don't need to chase every point or fight every leaderboard. Pick the rewards that make sense, protect your dice, and let the Railroads do the heavy lifting.
