Getting the truck ready
Access starts with all six First Dose missions, which can be completed alone and don't require an existing property. Finishing that story opens The Freakshop at Mirror Park Railyard and provides access to the Brickade 6x6. Mutt can fit the production equipment inside the truck for $750,000. There's no regular property charge after that. Don't stop there, though. Call Dax and complete ten Fooligan Jobs, then purchase the $250,000 Equipment Upgrade at The Freakshop.
A routine that doesn't feel like work
Dax's jobs have a 48-minute waiting period, so trying to finish all ten in one sitting gets dull quickly. Do one, switch to another activity, then call again later. Once production is improved, buying supplies makes far more sense than collecting them yourself. Mutt handles the order while you spend your time on work that pays immediately.

Making each delivery count
The production table doubles manufacturing speed for 30 minutes and can bring the full-stock wait closer to three hours.
